    Hi there,

I hope you are doing well and can help me with the following issue:

I work with Forminator forms and act as a mediator between tutors and students. The process involves a student booking and paying for a tutoring session or package through a Forminator form. Subsequently, an email is sent to the tutors. The first tutor to click on the link in the email and accept the student through another Forminator form is awarded the job.

    So far, so good.

However, I also want both the tutors and students to have personal login areas where, after the tutor accepts the job, the student can see who their assigned tutor is (with corresponding information), and the tutor can see who their assigned student is. Additionally, the student should be able to book additional tutoring sessions through a form in their personal area, and the tutor should be able to send invoices to me through a form in their personal area and have access to an overview of the completed sessions and invoices, etc.

I understand that this goes beyond pure Forminator forms. However, is there a suitable way to achieve this through plugins that are compatible with Forminator? Or any coding? Or do you have a good recommendation for this? Member plugins do not seem to offer a solution for the above scenario in combination with Forminator.

Thank you very much for the great support (always!) and kind regards

    Hi @thankssforhelp

    Hope you are doing fine.

Working this structure of information may be complex just with Forminator and custom coding. It will be recommended to use Forminator together with an existing LMS, which already has all the teacher-student management functionality implemented.

Students and tutors (teachers) may still use Forminator to subscribe, but they will need to be registered using the specific role required by the LMS. The tutoring subjects can be registered as courses, which can allow tutors to be added as instructors or teachers and at the same time, they can also subscribe existing users with student roles. The invoicing from tutors could be created by the number of students in each course and the subjects/topics covered.

This is just a very general idea though, and getting into more specific functionality will require to also contact the support team of the selected LMS.

Here are some LMS plugins from the www.ads-software.com directory:

    Hope this information helps.

    Kind regards
