personal photos upload gallery for registered users

I have a social website which is about CB Radio related, all of our members have a specific number that we call a callsign, for example (55DT001) each member sends out an email with a postcard picture to the other radio operator to confirm the contact, we call this EQSL Card.

So I would like for my WordPress-registered users to be able to upload (EQSL) pictures and be able to display them on their front-end profile page.

I have been looking into many gallery plugins, but all of them add user’s pictures into one gallery, I need them to be organised so each user will have their own space where they would upload photos (EQSL) and will only be displayed on their profile pages, in this way only they could upload/edit/delete their photos (EQSL)

On the front end, a search area for other radio operators visiting the website to be able to search for a given Callsign (26DT134) so when they search for that callsign that picture (eqsl) would pop up on the search page.
