Personal problems in personalized advertising

Hello, when using your plugin in Google Merchant Center, most products have problems with: Personal problems in personalized ads. Previously I used: https://pl.www.ads-software.com/plugins/google-listings-and-ads/. and I didn’t have this problem. Google says the problem is with CTX but they can’t pinpoint where. I will add that I sell toys.

The feed is not responsible for generating this issue; rather, your item type is responsible for it. GMC is considering your items related to personal hardship, which is a policy-related issue. In that case, you can submit product reviews by entering each affected item. Or, you can contact GMC or Google Ads support regarding this issue and ask why they are restricting your ads/items.
