Personal site being classified as commercial

My website is a personal site, the reason why my URL is my name which is required by my country meanwhile the site name is my username. There’s no money involved in my site in any way.

• I don’t have ads on my site: There are no ads placed on the site.
• I don’t sell products/services on my site: My digital shop and paste service is completely free, for sharing purposes, nothing is ever sold nor is it even possible for me due to government restrictions.
• I don’t promote a business on my site: There is no business involved nor do I promote any.
• I don’t solicit donations or sponsorships on my site: I don’t have any.
