Personal Trainer Workout

hi, can i use this plugin for create a specific workout for each user in my site ?

example: i sell 3 plan of workout (1 month, 3 month, 6 month) after a user buy a plan
i create for him a specifi course that contain a series of videos, and this is custom only for this user.
