    Hello!

I am using Woocommerce, Woocommerce Smart Coupons plugin with MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin.

I would like to create e-commerce automation emails when a cart is abandoned, win back lapsed customers, etc… and always send a personalized coupon to user, only for him/her.

When I insert a Promo code block into design view, I can only see public coupons without being autogenerated, even if the option
“Auto Generation of Coupon -> Check this box if the coupon needs to be auto generated”
    is active in woocommerce coupon.

Automatewoo and FollowUp plugins get a coupon as a template, and they autogenerate coupon following the option mentioned above. Then, coupon is sent.

In Mailchimp right now it is impossible to make coupons expire after X days they are received.

Also, I am not capable to translate the string “Expiration date” in email design view, into other language different from english.

Please let me know how this can be solved. Many thanks!

    Hey there @artgoddess

Thanks for your post. I’m afraid that while the MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin does enable e-commerce features in MailChimp, this forum is only able to answer questions directly related to features of the plugin and not e-commerce enabled features enabled within the MailChimp app like Promo Code blocks.

In order to troubleshoot this further, I would recommend reaching out to MailChimp’s Support Team. They’ll have access to the account and can take a deeper look at things. Here’s info on how to reach out to their team:

If you have any other questions about the plugin, please let us know.
