    Is there a way to keep personalized fields in cart when a client recover his cart?

    Apologize for the delay in response.

    Currently, it is not possible in our plugin to show the custom fields added in the cart in the reminder email. Which plugin you are using for the personalized fields? So I can check this with the development team and let you know if there is any way to achieve your requirement.
