Personio URL is not working

    Hello,
    I’m trying to integrate Personio with the plugin, but when I enter the URL there is an error:
    The specified Personio URL cannot be used for this plugin. Please check the URL in your Personio account under Settings > Recruiting > Career page > Activations. Please also check whether the XML interface is activated there.

    I tried with another URL of another client and it worked. The XML-Feed is activated and the URL is correct. Can you please help me?

    Hello and thank you for your question about our plugin.

    Please check the Personio URL you entered carefully. The plugin requires the XML interface to be activated. You can check this as follows:
    Add /xml to the URL. Example: https://personio.jobs.personio.de/xml – as you can see in this example, an XML code should be displayed in the browser. However, if you see anything else here, please check whether the XML interface is really activated. If in doubt, please contact Personio support.

    You are also welcome to name the URL in question, then this could also be determined for you.

    Hello and thank you for your quick response.

    You’re right, it is an issue of Personio, as the XML is activated on the superior site and for this company it works well. But for the subordinary site/company it can’t be activated as well. I can’t check “XML-Interface”. So I hope they can solve this problem…

    Be careful with the terminology:
    In Personio there are so-called subcompanies (I think that’s what this is about). They have their own career page, but not their own XML interface. This is also documented here: https://support.personio.de/hc/en-us/articles/4405830120861-Create-a-career-page-for-another-legal-entity (under “Configure a legal entity career page”)

    The jobs of a subcompany are supplied in the XML interface of the parent company. This can only be taken into account in the Pro version of our plugin. There you can also design pages in WordPress that only display the jobs of the subcompany. See: https://laolaweb.com/en/plugins/personio-wordpress-plugin/
