    Hello,

Is it possible to receive a notification when a customer registers to make an appointment with all his personal information (name, first name, email, phone number etc)
For the moment I only receive this kind of message:
    https://ibb.co/PcwMGDN

    Sincerely,
    THOMIAS Johan.

    Hello @bounker

    I trust you’re doing well!

A Confirmation email Message can be edited from Appointments > Settings > Notifications. Please feel fre to use this deafult text message:

    Dear CLIENT,

We are pleased to confirm your appointment for SITE_NAME.

    Here are the appointment details:
    Requested service: SERVICE
    Date and time: DATE_TIME

SERVICE_PROVIDER will assist you for this service.

    Kind regards,
    SITE_NAME

Here is a screenshot form the settings page:

At the bottom of the page, there is a list of macros that can be used in the email body.

    Hope this help!

    Cheers,

    Hello Nastia,

Thank you for that quick answer.

I was talking about a notification email addressed to the administrator with all the customer informations.
No confirmation email sent to the customer.

    Example :

[NAME-CLIENT] has confirmed an appointment for the [NAME_SERVICE] at[DATE]
    His phone number is: [PHONE]
    His email address is: [EMAIL]

    etc….

    Is that possible?

    Sincerely,
    THOMIAS Johan.

    Hello @bounker ,

There is no separate email for admins/service providers. They can receive the same confirmation email that customer got if you select “Send Confirmation email”

You can place all the needed info in that email so they will get it.

    kind regards,
    Kasia
