    It’s not you, Petfinder’s service is down. Their service is returning a “503 Service Temporarily Unavailable” error. This happens from time to time. Hopefully it will come back up soon.

    Can the youtube videos on Petfinder be viewed through the plugin?

    This pet has a video but it doesn’t show up on the wordpress plugin.
    Wordpress Version 4.0
