PetShop Free or Paid: home page layout differences

Hi all,
if i installa the free version of PetShot i do not have the layout configuration like in the demo version here https://demo.indigothemes.com/wordpress-themes/petshop/ , but a simply blog layout.

There is some tools on the wordpress panel to set up the home page layout like on the demo version? or i need payment version?
