Hello @miruko. This may be a work around if the system report says?Supports Async Archiving?=>?Yes?in the?Matomo?category. Then it may be possible that disabling this feature helps. You can do this by editing you?wp-config.php?and adding the following line:

define( 'MATOMO_SUPPORT_ASYNC_ARCHIVING', false );
```

Sorry to hear that the troubleshooting step provided didn’t work. Upon checking my resources and reviewing the error, the php cli you are using is not compatible with Matomo requirement. To fix this, please review this troubleshooting guide: How to solve the error message “Your PHP CLI version is not compatible with the Matomo requirements”

Please let us know if this fixes the issue.

I solved the php problem, unfortunately I can not change ‘max_allowed_packet’ MySQL database from 32MB to at least 64MB, my hosting does not allow it.
Also activating Matomo detect problems in another plug-in of my site

There are some plugins that known to be incompatible with Matomo for WordPress. You can check it here. You can report this issue to our developers thru our GitHub.

On the other note, if you the plugin that’s causing the issue is important to your website, my recommendation is to switch to Matomo On-Premise which you can install in your hosting server.
