Phantom error?

Hi,

I’m having issue with a multi-step form that uses your plugin where, on submitting the current form to go to the next, I get a thin and empty orange rectangle box appear at the bottom like if I had forgotten to do something.

I’ve left nothing un-ticked or empty which is required and when I click the next button again, it then allows me to go to the next part.

Just wondering if this a issue with this plugin. I have reached out to Contact 7 and the plugin I use for the multistep but they are unsure as well.

It’s been working fine for over a year and only began happening on Friday last week.

I use Divi as the theme and the following plugins. I’ve also tried with Divi off and the main WP theme on instead and it still happens.
