• I’ve tried everything, but the Phantom Gallery doesn’t display the images correctly when the web page initially loads. I have the gallery set to display 5 images across x 4. When the page initially loads, the gallery displays only 4 images across and they are not aligned with each other. Now, if you adjust the browser size ever so slightly, the images line up the way they should. This happens on all browsers, on PC and Mac. I’ve tested them all. Not sure what to do here other than try a different module. Also, it’s not a responsive issue because I’m viewing it on a iMac at full resolution.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Try go to Advanced tab and increase “Delay Thumbs Reposition” number.
    Also read careful help text under each field on Common Settings tab.

    That worked. The images display correctly now. Thanks for the quick reply and your solution!

    Hi Rattus

    i am having the same issue but only in Firefox browser. On first display it shows the thumbnails vertically aligned and if i then resize the browser size, the images align horizontally in columns as it should. I have tried to increase the “Delay Thumbs Reposition” number but it doesnt change anything. I have also set the number of columns for the gallery and still not helping. Any ideas?

    @patsonic:
    Try increase “Delay for Thumbnail Positioning” number.
    It’s in miliseconds, so don’t afraid of big numbers. Try set 600 or 1000
