• Hello we are having some issues with students passing the course

    We have some sections where the user has completed the whole course in full, but when we look at the completion it shows he has questions that are unanswered

    However, we cannot find those questions anywhere

    For example one of them was to upload a file for homework, the student has uploaded the file, but under his profile it shows that he has 2 unanswered questions on that page

    Hello thought i would send you a video

    As you can see with this user, the Questions seem to be doubling up, if you look at the video you can see #1 is doubled and so are others

    In total there are 26 questions that we cannot find anywhere to answer, also we did not enter any questions

    When you go to edit the pages, there are no missing questions anywhere

    Hi stigan,

    Hope you’re doing well today ??

    Can you tell me if all those fields that are duplicating are upload fields or does it duplicate answers regardless of the element, ie answer field, single question element etc?

    Did you notice any specific steps we could try doing in order to replicate this behaviour?

    Hello Thanks for the response, the fields are duplicating regardless of the elements.

    I even tried to delete pages to see if that did anything, but the unanswered questions just bumped down when I deleted pages, questions or assignments.

    So what I did was recreate the Unit from scratch and that worked

    Not ideal, but at least we can launch the site now

    Sorry to hear you had to recreate everything to get it working again, I will check with the devs about this and do some further tests on my installation to see what happened there.
