Phantom Redirect

An entire subfolder and its child pages on my site is redirecting, and I can’t find what is causing it. Everything in my /ufaqs/ subfolder is going to the main page.

I’m using Yoast for my re-directs, but I don’t see it listed there. I don’t see anything in my .htaccess file, and turning off all plugins changes nothing. I removed all /ufaqs/ redirects that I did create from the Yoast redirects list, but that didn’t help either.

It’s possible I created the redirect, but don’t remember doing so. Just the same, I would have used Yoast to create it, and presumedly it would be listed there.

Any ideas, anyone? Is there a way to detect where a redirect is originating? A particular string to search for in the code? A specific file it might be lurking in?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
