php.ini in all folders.

I’m new to wordpress

For two days I try to install jetpack without success.

I thought it was a memory problem and looking in my ftp I noticed that I had a php.ini file in every folder.

By removing some file (php.ini) jetpack work.

Is it normal that I have these files?

do I delete them?
