Phising Plugin!! My Facebook account got locked

Even if it was suspicious when this plugin asked for my Fb email and password instead of a different way of authorization, I logged in from their plugin. My Facebook got logged out and I could not login.
This is the message I am getting while trying to login into my Facebook:

Your Account is Temporarily Locked
We’ve detected suspicious activity on your Facebook account and have temporarily locked it as a security precaution.

This is so frustrating. What do I do now? I am blocked from my own account using this plugin.
