What payment gateway are you using? Did the customer pay it using the direct bank transfer payment method? Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the order, particularly the order notes that appear on the right side? For screenshots, you may use https://snipboard.io

Can you please confirm which payment gateway was used for this order?

Regarding the fatal error, it is regarding your theme. While you should check this out to solve it, it is unlikely it caused the order issue. When you can, I suggest reaching out to the theme support so they can assist you further with this.

It seems this is the translation from the order notes my colleague had requested. Is that correct?

In that case, this normally happens when the payment takes longer to process. In WooCommerce Inventory management, there’s a feature that holds the stock for a certain period of time and automatically cancels it when the payment is not done within that period of time.

That said, it is possible that the payment gateway had an issue at the time your customer was making the order. Are there any error logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs that could help us investigate further about the issue?
