Phoenix Media rename just killed my pics

this can be due to a conflict with another plugin, even if it is quite strange that the test worked and the bulk rename operation failed.

Can you tell me which other plugins are you using, so that I can try to replicate the issue on my development server?

Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce ; Advanced Custom Fields; Advanced Woocommerce Product Gallery Slider; Buy one get one free; Classic Editor; Contact Form 7; Defender; Elementor; EWWW Image Optimizer; Head Meta Data; Jetpack; PW WooCommerce BOGO Free; and some other payment WooCommerce stuff

Hope you can help, because I would really like to use this plugin (without destroying my pics)

I tested your plugins on my development server with php 7.4 and 8.1 and everything worked, maybe the issue is due to a configuration of some of your plugins (there can be countless combinations).

Can you send me an email at [email protected] with your plugins configurations, so that I can configure my server?
