    Hi

I am unable to block a spammer sending messages from multiple IPs

the only consistent thing I can find is he is using area code (972) before every different phone number. for example 9727865444 / 9724657684 / 9726475869 etc…

How could I block this spammer by excluding certain numbers within the phone field?

    Hello @shamaim.

I have analyzed the requests. Most likely, they are made manually, there is not enough data to make a decision about blocking.

You can try adding “972” as a stop word in your personal lists. The guide is here: https://cleantalk.org/help/stop-word. But it can be dangerous, because this combination of numbers can be not only a code, but also part of a phone number, in addition, the stop word will also apply to other fields except the email.

You can also continue to mark the spammer’s requests as spam in order to prevent him from using the same IPs and emails.

Unfortunately, I don’t see any other way out yet.
