    Hi @alexliii

    the phone Number is missing:

I see the phone number field in your screenshot. If you’re referring to the phone number being pre-populated, PayPal doesn’t do that for card payments.

I can’t speak to why PayPal chose that behavior, but the card form doesn’t pre-populate with data from the checkout page.

    KInd Regards

    Hello

    Two points please:

1# I just noted that the most problem is that country is not pre-populated:

    https://prnt.sc/iXP39Fw810sk

In the checkout page, I choose Ukraine as Country/Region, but on the Paypal form, it show “United States”, does this mean there is issue please?

2# To test purpose, I tried different browser, like Chrome and Safari, and both in Incognito Mode, but, when I first try Chrome, and then close it, then open the Safari, and go to checkout page, I noted that values that I input in Chrome will show up in Safari:

    https://prnt.sc/adwRwNwhpAUt

Does this mean there is issue?

or, is the checkout page cached by the server?

    Or, is it expected?

    Thanks

    Hi @alexliii

I just noted that the most problem is that country is not pre-populated:

That is not a PayPal plugin issue. The plugin correctly sends the address to PayPal when the PayPal order object is created. However, PayPal does not use the billing country provided in the API request. I believe it defaults to the country of origin for the PayPal payer’s account.

Does this mean there is issue?

The PayPal plugin is not responsible for populating address fields on your checkout page. I can’t speak to why those fields are being populated across browsers but it’s not related to the PayPal plugin.

    Kind Regards

I got the same issue with any payment via Paypal. Please take it seriously.
