Phone Not Loading Site

    My site on a mobile device is not loading unless i touch the screen abd move it. The website will only load if i touch the screen. If not touched, the website will continuously load. I contacted my host and they said it is a theme issue. If you could figure out the issue and resolve it, that would be amazing.
