We’ve tested your given URL and noticed on your side that there is a JS error occurring from ROISTAT (not sure if it is the plugin)-as the phone field may break if there is a JS error.

We suggest you clear that JS error, or deactivate all other plugins except our plugins “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce” and “WooCommerce” (temporarily) to see if the error persists. Sometimes the issue may arise due to conflict between different plugins.

Here we have attached the screenshot of the JS error on your end.

ROISTAT is analitic system. I remove all 3rd scripts from header and footer.
And I deactivated all other plugins except plugins “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce” and “WooCommerce” .
Phone field not displayed.

We guess that you’ve overridden our subscribe form template to theme. If so, please use the latest template file and check it out.

I did not ovrride any plugin files. And I tomorrow reload all plugin files by ftp. Field phone are not displayed.

Incase you’re not sure whether our subscribe form template override from theme? If so you can easily cross check by update our plugin to v2.7

In this version we have added Troubleshoot option to force load template from plugin -> enable it and check it out.

As of now we mark this ticket as resolved – incase you’ve any queries please open a new ticket.
