Phone number above navigation menu

  • Hi
    I needed to place phone number on right hand corner above the navigation menu which should be responsive as well.
    How can I do it with or without a plugin.

    Many thanks for your reply. I had to change the theme due to other requirements by the client. Hence no longer need help on this issue.
