• Site running WordPress 6.1.1 en-AU, Gravity Forms 2.7.0.2 with Recaptcha v3, Smart Phone v1.5. The field is configured with Australia as the default country, auto-detection off:

Although the form reports the entered phone number as valid, it is not saved in the entry when I hit submit.

If I disable the smart phone field setting then the value entered is captured correctly.

Please advise what I am doing wrong?
    Thanks,
    Graham

    Hi @kaisarahmmed
Please can you advise whether this is me not configuring it properly, or if there is a code issue here? I need to put the site live shortly so have to make a call on whether to keep this plugin or look for something else.
    Thanks,
    Graham

    Hi @kaisarahmmed
Yes, turning on the ‘multi step form’ checkbox worked. I hadn’t chosen that option as a) the form is not multi-step and b) the help said it only works in Pro. So I’m not sure why that setting is necessary but thanks for the advice.
    Regards,
    Graham
