Phone Number Not Showing

Thats because a new feature got added in WooCommerce 5.6. You can follow the instructions in the FAQ to get the phone number back:

You mean this code add to my installed theme function.php ?

We only provide support here. Do you get an error? Did do add the code at the bottom of your functions.php? You may have to add a ; after the snippet:

add_filter(‘F4/WCSPE/append_phone_field_to_formatted_address’, ‘__return_true’);

code successfully added, But phone number not showing in shipping address.

Looks like the quotes are wrong thanks to this topic format.

Try to add exactly this code:

add_filter('F4/WCSPE/append_phone_field_to_formatted_address', '__return_true');

and make sure that there are not ‘ and ’ but only '. Try this exact code and send me another screenshot it its still not working.

Its not working because you missed half of the code. Just remove this code on your line 2 and add the following line on line 2:

add_filter('F4/WCSPE/append_phone_field_to_formatted_address', '__return_true');

I am already added this code. But phone number not showing in order email shipping address.

Its actually not the same code. It looks nearly identically, but the quotes are different. Just replace your code on line 2 with the following code, even if it looks almost the same:

add_filter('F4/WCSPE/append_phone_field_to_formatted_address', '__return_true');

It’s working now. But 2 times mobile number showing in shipping address.
