Phone number required

  • Hi, I have phone number set as a required field however a afterpay purchase (I’m assuming using afterpay express checkout) allowed the order to be processed without providing a phone number. How can I make sure a phone number is provided at all times?

    The Afterpay Express Checkout provides a fast and consistent purchase experience for consumers. Furthermore, there are strict privacy considerations applicable for all personal information shared between Afterpay and retailers.

    To ensure any extra mandatory fields are provided, please disable the express checkout feature, and allow consumers to place their orders via the WooCommerce standard checkout flow.
