I understand that the phone number redirects to another page; it is necessary to check how that link is added. You can try adding the link with just the page slug, without including the language or the site name.

Another option would be to add the phone number using one of the conditions mentioned above, adding the correct link for each language. This way, it would not generate a 404 error anymore.
