Phone repair list and form for shipping

  • Hi guys,

    I will post this example here:

    I would want to make/use a widget that would allow people to select their phone manufacturer, issue that they have with their phone and send it to my business location online.

    I have been looking online for already available widgets but I cannot find anything. I am not exactly sure how to search even. Any suggestions you guys would have?

    It doesn’t necessarily have to be a slider with the phones, I am more interested in the system behind it, having the phone manufacturer lists ready for people to select and the ability to connect the customer to a shipping service through the widget.

    As per your sample URL or example page I’d say you can easily achieve that feature using any WordPress form plugin.

    However, I have also noticed that it has a cart option. So, if you want something similar with cart features where the user or customer can fill out the information and complete the payment then WooCommerce is a must.

    Otherwise, if you do not want to use cart features then you can add a payment gateway with any form.
