Photo Album shortcodes have disappeared

If you do this it will mean that we don’t have to make any changes to our shortcodes?

That is correct, if my theory that the issue is the missing wppa gp widget.
If my first theory is true that the shortcode is rendered too early, we’re back to square 1.

So, i will provide you a link to a download zip that you can install as new plugin. It will say that wppa is already installed and ask if you want to replace it with the download; say yes to that question.
