Are you able to see the text bar in the backend preview?

If it doesn’t show up there either, is it possible that the text bar got hidden on certain devices? You can check it at Slider settings > Controls > Text bar > Hide on:

On this screenshot the text bar is hidden on mobile device.

Is your text bar should show the “Title” or the “Description” of the slides? Can you check if the slides have title/description set? You can do that at the Slide > Content tab:
