Hello! Please tell me why it sometimes happens that when I upload photos, their .webp version looks like the photo?

Hrm. That is odd. I think probably I would suggest re-installing the webp tools (you may need to talk to your webhost about doing that). I tried it on our test server using the original of that image and it created a WebP version without any artifacts. If nothing comes of that, can you send in a support request here and we can dig into it more: https://ewww.io/contact-us/ Please include your System info if/when you send that in.

Thank you for the reply. I’m sorry, but I forgot to specify that when I upload the same image now, I don’t get a problem. I get the problem when I upload many files at once. For example, 20 photos at once.

That’s still strange. I can only think that maybe your server is getting overloaded or timing out. Either way, I would again request that you contact us directly to possibly test it out. Is that using the built-in multi-file uploader or some other media uploader?

Hello. I suspect the problem may be with the server. Because together with my hosting providers we tested and noticed that when uploading photos, the CPU and RAM memory increase dramatically, even when I tried to disable the plugin. All this leads me to the same thought that you mentioned. That the problem may be due to high load and inability of the plugin to do its job calmly and normally.

I take this opportunity to congratulate you on this wonderful plugin and thank you for your kind attitude. Blessings. I will mark the issue as resolved, and if I have a problem after upgrading the server, I will contact you again.
