Photo Description completly hides image on mobile

Yes, as I stated in my post, I have Meta Slider on 23 pages of my website: https://coloradoMuseums.co.

https://coloradomuseums.co/cities-4-plus-museums/arvada-colorado-museums/ has a slider from another vendor and the photo description is clearly beneath the image.

YES, I can set up whatever you need.

I’m not sure what to tell you. I’ve given you everything on our website with meta-slider: 18 pages under “Museums with 4+ Museums,” and 6 pages under “Regions with 1-3 museums.” That 24 pages with Meta Slider out of 29 pages with Meta Sliders. How can you NOT see your own product Dave???????

It appears this is the top slider plugin (that’s why I chose Meta Slider) but support answers are ?????? I sure hope you can see your slider NOW!

There are only 23 pages in “Cities with 4+ Museums” and one with another slider that is an excellent sample of what I would like to see.

We are working to limit our characters to 29-32 for the least possible blocking of photos in mobile. Many people view the internet in vertical mode. When designing a responsive website using image sliders, one must build to the smallest denominator of viewers who may not use horizontal mode.

Have waited nearly 5 days with no response from Meta Slider.

I am concerned tech cannot see his 23 Meta Slider on our website!

I’ve begun shortening all of my image descriptions so they are not totally covered with description!

Seems odd there is no option to show long descriptions below the image versus on top for “mobile.”

Apologies. We have been transitioning between support teams in the last week.
I will add this issue to our developments list, and we should hopefully have a fix in a future update.

I have inspected the slider in the ‘Arvada Vintage Photos’ section of the page that you linked to, and the slide on the https://coloradomuseums.co/cities-4-plus-museums/ page.

I’m afraid that it is not possible to move the location of the captions in the free version of the plugin.
