Photo Galery does not work after plugin update

    After applying the previous update, I have this problem: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/gallery-pictures-cant-open/
    – repaired as explained in the post.

    After latest update plugin doesn’t work correctly – I can’t add import any new images from the image gallery. This works without any problems during the previous year.

    Now when I trying to add new images when I select them and import – I see the blank area (white section instead of image thumbnail). Also, Description is incorrect – every value has “null”.

    In the error log in same moment are thrown 3 lines per every image:

    Also when I trying to delete this entry I see JS confirmation “Name Field is required”.

    When I trying to delete a specific image directly from Gallery I see an error that this is impossible.

    This problem was not existed before plugin update.

    What I tested:
    – turned all plugins except photo gallery – images still can’t be imported.
    – changed theme to other to test = still can’t import images.
    – checked directories/files on the filesystem – rights looks ok.
    – tried to manually create needed files (+thumbnails) = when I created it manually all is works. Manually corrected: https://hakimodo.pl/2019/04/03/r67-cuboid-keeper-recenzja-dynamicznej-i-ciekawej-zrecznosciowki-jak-to-jest-byc-obronca-kostki/

    Hi,

    Please note that the issue cannot be because of updating. Please note that you do not have access to wp-content/uploads/photo-gallery folder. There is an issue related to permissions. Please try to contact your hosting server. Have you changed anything recently that you do not have permission to this folder?

    I can tell what was happen. I only updated plugins.
    Now I repaired it.

    As you’re suggested I changed owner to the directory tree and rights and all now works.
    I’ve removed manually all galleries created from last 2 plugins upgrades and rebuilt images base. This helped.

    I think that reason of this situation can be a bug you’re made in the previous version of the plugin (with “array()”) – I had to recreate manually some files and possible that I did this with another user (on the filesystem).
