Photo Gallery Compatibility

I’m using Photo Gallery by 10Web plugin (https://en-au.www.ads-software.com/plugins/photo-gallery/).

Cerber detects the following HEAD request as malicious and blocks the IP.

https://example.com/wp-content/uploads/photo-gallery/thumb/[email protected]?bwg=1564124137

The HEAD request is part of my theme’s retina image support.

Is there any ability to whitelist such a request?
