My website was working fine until the most recent NextGen Gallery update. Currently, any place where I have a gallery, and there is more than 25 photos, the first 25 photos show, then there are arrows to the next 25, etc. But when you click on an arrow, the photos don’t show, and if I try to click again, all of the first 25 photos are no longer showing at all. It used to be I could just scroll through the photos. It is not only happening on this page, but all of my pages where there are more than 25 photos in a gallery.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I generally use Firefox as my browser, but I’ve also tried it in Chrome, and it is not working in either.

I’m having a similar issue. I do not want to have to click to a ‘page 2’ of the gallery. Formerly all photos appeared at once and that is what we would prefer.

An example can be seen at the page below:

    I found a fix!

GALLERY SETTINGS > BASIC THUMBNAILS > Images per page

Change the amount to “0” and it will display all of your thumbnails at once.

Incredible!!!!!! That worked. Thank you so much. This has relieved so much stress for me. I don’t know how you would have thought to do that. If anything, I would have thought increasing the number of images might have done it. But I am so appreciative!!!!!!

thedrewseum, I just saw that there is a NextGen update from 3.54 to 3.55 which is supposed to correct some of the issues. Curious as to if you have installed this update with any issues? Ever since you told me that fix 3 days ago, and I did it, my site has been working perfectly. So I somewhat have the motto, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. And if you did install it, did you have to push that images per page back to the default (which I think might have been 25). Thanks in advance for a response.

    Hi @laurena2017,

NextGen Gallery 3.55 was an unplanifficated patch that basically has fixed a JS library that was regionally affecting NextGen Gallery users, but it doesn’t contain any other fixes we were planning to launch in 3.55.

The majority of fixes got postponed to NextGen Gallery 3.56.
