Photo name above description

Would it be possible to have the photo name to appear above the description?
Currently the photo name (followed by the author between brackets) is at the bottom of the description field as you can see in the following example and I would like to have it reversed.
Would it also be possible to have the photo name to appear in bold?
Or put more generic: can I alter the formatting of the title so that I can make it larger, bold, italic, … ?Kind regards,
