Photo on Sidebar

On my right sidebar I want to put my photo in the Silhouette space but I cannot find where to do it. In the widget page under gravitar it sends you to a link for the profile page and on the profile page there is no where to upload a photo. I have searched and searched and cannot find anywhere to upload the picture for it. Please help.
