Is it possible to do a photo page that shows on a link I found? If so, how?

I know the link is not WordPress but I would like a gallery like that if possible.
Click on the photos to get a larger photo and its details.

It’s possible to display a gallery of images on a page by adding the “Gallery” widget in the editor and choosing the desired photos to be displayed. Another option would be to import a page that has a gallery design from one of our starter sites. A good example would be the “Portofolio” page from our “Photography” starter site. You can find out more on how to import a page from a starter site here. Also, there are some plugins that can help create a gallery on your site.
