Photo plugin with frontend upload AND per pic comments

  • I have been pulling my hair out for a few days now. I am setting up a private blog using the “registered users” plugin. I would like to setup a collaborative photo album where users can upload photos and comment on them. I have gotten close with NextGen Gallery, but I can’t find a way to comment on the individual photos. Anyone have any tips for me?
