Photo Text does not shorten

Hey Jordi,

Could you send me a link to the page where you’re having the problem so that I can take a look first hand? Could you also send me your ‘System Info’ from the plugin, which is under the Support tab on the plugin’s Settings page?

If this is for the Pro version of the plugin then could you send me this information via our Support form here, as the moderators of this forum don’t allow us to conduct support for paid products on this forum.

Hey Jordi,

The text shortening is done via JavaScript and so the most likely cause is that either the plugin’s JavaScript file isn’t being included in your page by your theme, or there’s a JavaScript error on your site which is preventing the plugin JavaScript from running. I can’t say for sure which it is without seeing a link, but could you take a look at this FAQ and let me know whether the plugin’s JavaScript file is included in your page?
