Photo upload issues

  • Hello, I am trying to upload phots via the media library to my website, but suddenly the website will not load certain ones, including in the cover image. Do you have any idea why this is happening? Up until this week I have had no problem uploading images. I have cleared cache and tried different users/browsers.

    Hi @katiemuir,

    No idea, but it sounds unlikely that it’s theme related if it worked in the past (and since it works on the demo site and on my development environment). Have you tried disabling all plugins? It could also be an issue with the specific image you’re using.
