photoblog – recommendations? examples?

anyone who has a photoblog i’d love to see yours and know which software you chose and why! Hopefully this will make my decision easier!

i’m looking for options that are as close to flickr as possible, but are on my own server and i can have random images (organised by category) popping up in my wordpress blog.

the best part about flickr was the simple uploadr which rotates files and creates thumbnails and galleries automatically.

Coppermine looks like the best option, but i havent seen any examples of it yet other than the demo which looks awful.
