photobox option not showing

I use the plugin on several sites, on one of them (kleinecampingsitalie.eu) it works fine while on another, https://villabussola.eu it does not work. the plugin is activated but when creating a gallery it does not show the “type”, “show title” & “slideshow speed” option, both sites use the same theme and largely the same plugins. the site where the plugin does not work has a multi site configuration.. Latest WordPress version, all plugins up to date.
