Photocrati Gallery Icon issue

  • Dear all,

    I am having a problem with my photocrati supertheme. The Icon to place on a page where we want our gallery (or bibliotheque) doesn’t make its work. On my website, the icon just appears in place of what it should represent (gallery or bibliotheque).

    Every gallery that used to display correctly, now, when a make an update of the page, it get wrong.

    For information, I do not use Nextgen, and use just one simple plugin for contact form. Photocrati 4.3, and WP 3.5.1

  • You need to ask photocrati for help – commercial themes aren’t supported here.

    The issue you’re describing was triggered by an incompatibility either from a big update to WordPress or JQuery late last year (2012), and Photocrati issued an update/fix about a week or so afterwards. You are currently using 4.3, and the latest version is 4.5.1. If you update, to the latest version, this will be resolved. Hope that helps!
