Photocrati Gallery not working

I had the same problem – once i updated to the latest theme it was fixed.

I updated and even after updating everything, am having the problem of the pictures not showing up on mobile devices – just the image placeholder. I can’t seem to get to a contact at photocrati to ask about a solution. You can scroll down and view the full site, but my client is not happy with that.

Aside from that, we have no info about or access to commercial themes, so have no way to help.
