• Hi there, i have had this issue for sometime and getting fed up and was hoping someone other than Photocrati support or GoDaddy (for hosting) can provide feedback. Each keeps pointing finger at the other.

    Step to reproduce:
1- go to my Page and theres a section for “Edit Photocrati Galleries/Albums”
2- select Edit Gallery and Photocrati popup given to add or edit images
3- I select Add Images (if brand new image) or Import Photocrati (if importing from another Page) or Import NextGen (same results as others) and choose the images i want to upload.
3- Images will upload, I save and Update my site.

when i go back to Edit Gallery, few things have happened:
1- Not all selected images have imported/added. There seems to be some kind of a limit
2- the very last image from the new list of images that has been downloaded is doubled
3- the very last image from the already existing images has been doubled. So its as if the new one that’s doubled is replacing the old/original image.

at this point, when you start trying to delete the doubled image and press Save, the whole program hangs (the refresh image is shown but nothing is done). and a few other things happen which is too detailed.

but hoping anyone knows what is going on, who is responsible and what needs to be done to resolve.

    Thanks very much in advance.
