Photocrati Update Failed

We get a notification in the admin panel for 28 updates to Photocrati.
The update fails. I deactivated plugins- still fails. Is this normal or would you think our firewall is blocking it router level? We turned off Wordfense.

All plug-ins and WP is up to date.. except Visual Composer.

Install is successful up to this point…

An error occurred ["Could not install package."] at stage "install" for "photocrati-nextgen-pro" 2.3.63.

Skipped stage "install" for (0) "photocrati-nextgen-pro". Next stage is "cleanup".

Then the errors continue the same as above for the rest.
