    Hi,

    I update today the photology Template. After the update, the icons are no longer displayed. The icon list is either empty or shows the icon as shown in the screenshot

    hi ansteiner, I have tested it on several devices, but we cannot find the problem. can you try to disable other plugins first and see if the problem still exists?

    Hi,

    I have today updated to 1.40 and now nothing works. If i click i the editor link, and the page is blank. The debugger show’s me a huge bundle of error. See link:

    Hello @ansteiner

    Is there other plugin you activate alongside Gutenverse?
    If there is, try deactivate it and see if it cause the issue.
    Also please let me know which plugin it is, so I could check what causing the problem.

    If it is not plugin conflict issue, then do you remember which version of Photology and Gutenverse did you use before the update?

    Hi,

    I have disabled all plugins, but the problem is not gone.
    I use the following addons:
    Envira Gallery Lite
    Events Made Easy
    WP Mail SMTP

    I have used Gutenverse 1.36 and Photology 1.1.0 before any update. the first problem appears after updating Photology from 1.1.0 to 1.1.1. To find out the first problem I disabled the plugins, to see if the Icons come back. But the Icon’s are shown as screenshot one. In the meantime, the update to Gutenverse 1.4.0 has been released and I have installed this update. An automatic update also updated WordPress from 6.02 to 6.03. I’ve had the problem ever since

    I apologize for the inconvenience.
    We are currently trying to find and replicate what might cause the issue on your side, since this issue not happening on our side.
    Is there more information you could share with us?
    Like what blocks did you add before the updates, what changes did you make, do you use any cache from plugin or server, or any other infos that could slightly help us replicate the issue.

    Could you also allow access to the second screenshot again? There is a view limit on the screenshot.

    hi @ansteiner the screenshot @yogajegstudio mean is the first error. scroll to the top instead of the bottom. its from there we can trace the issue.

    i need to make sure also if the WordPress installation is correct. can you do this.

    1. please disable all plugin, is it still throwing error?
    2. if it’s not, then please delete gutenverse plugin, and reinstall it again. is it still throwing error (without any other plugin activated)?

    the rule on www.ads-software.com, we cannot ask you for access to your backend. that is why you will need to guide us to understand more about the issue.

    Hi,

    I have no idea why, but now all works fine.
    I want to check your inputs to my Problems, but there are no Problems now. I started today my Testsystem and no error with Gutenverse and Photology Template. My addons are all disabled exempt Gutenverse. Next i started all disabled addons and all works fine.

    Is it possible that the browser had something in the cache that was causing these problems?

    We are glad it all works fine now.
    We are still not entirely sure what might cause the issue, it is possible that had something to do with cache.
    From the error messages, it’s seems there are other errors that are not from our plugin too.

    Since this already resolved, if it is okay, I will close the topic for now.
    If you encounter the issue again and find what causing it, please let me know and I will reopen the topic.
